the sums - and it tells you the eleven rows with no date, and the names entered
twice under two spellings, without being asked.

You ask in ordinary sentences. There is nothing to learn.
Your files stay in your folder. They are never uploaded.
What is sent is the conversation: what you type, plus whatever the assistant
has to read out of a file to answer you. Ask about a contract, and the parts
it reads are in that text.
That text goes to a language model running in Europe.
This is an internal demo, so treat it as one: no real client
files, no pupil data, nothing you would not put in an email to a colleague.
